"I was very glad Marc was my inspector who was referred to me by my Realtor who did the inspection for me as it showed that there were to many issues found in the construction of the home, roof leaks, dry rot, and a flood under the home. I found another home and used Marc again at Northwest Property Inspections for our purchase of the second home. I was very happy with the inspection and report."

"I wasn't sure I needed my new home inspected, but I'm
glad I ordered it. Showed the inspection report to my
builder and he agreed to immediately remove the siding
to repair a pluming leak in an outside wall and to remove the water
in the crawl space. Both items were covered under my
Builder's 12 month warranty. The inspection was definitely worth it.
Saved me about over several thousand dollars in repairs
had I not found these problems before my warranty expired.
