What kind of report do you have?
My reports are computer generated reports with color digital photos of many of the important issues found during an inspection. The report is very detailed, extensive and informative not a typical short report or just a check list. The report has a full and complete summary at the back of the report with the marginal and items requiring service separated in the summary along with any photos. Realtors really like it as well as buyers working with a seller as it gives them a very detailed report and summary listing.
